Maybe your phone is a big burden to getting the right amount of sleep. Maybe your daily habit of binge-watching youtube is making you wake up the next day feeling exhausted.

The No-Electronic Challenge

  • no electronics for a week between 11pm-7am

  • track your daily changes in mood, behavior, energy

  • reflect on any improvements in performance (academic, social, etc.)

  • write on overall experience at the end

  • determine if it’s worth it to decrease electronic time in the future
